Just wanted to repost a popular tutorial I did a couple of years ago of the Wilton Castle Cake. I made this beast of a cake, not once, but twice...after my daughter's first birthday was cancelled due to widespread flooding in the area.
This cake is easily doable folks. I even used decorating icing in a tube for heaven's sake! ha!
But it is a process that should be done over a couple of days.
